Review Einstein Bros. Bagels - Henderson

Stood in line over 12 minutes just to place my order, took additional 18 minutes to get my order and all I ordered was one bacon and cheddar sandwich. The garbage is overflowing on the outside of the overall appearance of this location is terrible I tried to address the manager Marina and all I got was pushback as a change in the garbage out front was too much she stated (it’s not their responsibility) the doors are terrible the glass inside the location is dirty same with the inside of the cooler it’s filthy they take no pride in cleanliness customer service was the worst. This place really needs a step up on how they present their business and how they treat their customers and take responsibility with the issues that they lack.

They have two different prices inside the store and I was charged the higher one. Meat tasted cheap (like it came out of packet in a grocery store, next to the lunchables) and bagel was average. It left me desiring New York Bagels and Bakery. Facts!!!

Came in to audit this location and their service today. I've lived in the area of this location for over 12+ years now in Henderson and have previously ate at this Einstein bagels intermittently throughout the years, and safe to say its never had a good reputation so I had high hopes for today. I entered this location about 1PM just 1 hour until their 2PM closing and they are cleaning like crazy to be done with their day on time, this is normal and fine. Sometimes in the past this seemed to have impacted the speed of service even with 1-2 customers waiting on simple orders observed like "A bagel with cream cheese" and nothing else. I entered as a simple order as well a hungry patron looking to get only a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee to go real fast for a quick bite. The cashier I worked with was young and seemed new to this location maybe, however, he accurately entered my order for the bagel only. When asking for a regular coffee he confirmed that they did not have any (hot) coffee so I asked can we do an Iced one instead? He said yes. Not sure if it was on purpose or if it was a mistake but he rung me up in addition to my bagel a Large Iced Latte for $4.89 which came in a cup smaller then most other large iced coffees would at competitors so I received less value and overcharged for something I did not buy. As he was making this selection I told him I only want an iced coffee so he confirmed with his coworker the transaction and the charge seen on his register and she told him "its fine just use that" in a hurry as she was making my "Black iced coffee" that I actually told them clearly multiple times I wanted with cream and sugar. I carried on and paid the order as is even though the receipt was inaccurate and overcharged. At the counter I took a photo of the receipt and the coffee I received then added cream / sugar from their self service options. The creamer labeled "half and half" had a dirty nozzle unmaintained with dried up old creamer on it. I left in disgust and did not argue with anyone in the store as I knew it would likely not go anywhere as this location has not shown signs of improvement. As I was leaving I called the store and asked the person that answered the phone if there was a corporate hotline or form for filing a complaint. She let me know how "not really but you can go to our website and there should be an email at the bottom you can send to" I have to add though she was very polite sounding and professional. Later in the call after speaking with her learned she was the Manager named "Mary" who offered to assist me further on my next visit and that this inconvenience was cause by the registers at their location having a lack of an Iced Coffee button to charge customers with and the employee should have just added it as a hot coffee. I will hold off on coming back here for a while to try again in the future.

This place has great bagels and sandwiches. The manager is very nice and seems happy to serve customers. I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because when there's a line, customers have to stand and hold the door opened. It would be better to have stanchions. Not a huge deal, just annoying. One other reason is the last time I went my sandwich was super sloppy. I think the person that assembled my sandwich was new, I'm not sure. I had to unassemble and reassemble it. Overall, I do like this place. It's better to go in instead of ordering delivery because the order some how gets messed up.

The best bagels in town and compared with the best anywhere they really stand out. We belong to t h e i r Club and get a great deal for 13 Bagels every Monday. There are two of us and probably two or three of the bagels are eaten on the spot. The staff is friendly and nice. If you order through the app you can get a free coffee. This place does it right

I’ve always liked Einstein Bagels, we stop by here often and the food is always great. It’s kind of sad they don’t have indoor seating anymore due to COVID-19 however I totally understand. Try their lox/Everything bagel, it is phenomenal.

I rank this Places a 2 Star. Overall the Food quality is good depending on when you go. Earlier mornings Service is pretty good but once the day gets going you may have wait for your food I usually wait about 15 to 20 minutes for a toast bagel with cream cheese. Staff needs alot of training and attention to detail. My wife and I made a to go order for pickup, arrived at the location, paid and was told be a few more minutes as we waited and getting a bit impatient, so we asked the cashier for an update and my food was sitting in the Pickup spot the entire time. The place is EXTREMELY dirt and Disgusting pretty shameful to see. (My guest bathroom floor is cleaner then this place a bit gross considering you serve food) And its just speaks plain out lazy workers and Management. Management is poor, your team needs better training and run more productive, And clean your store. I love Eisenstein Bagels, one my favorite place eat breakfast, i will no longer come to this Location is been like this for years, so I dont see it ever improving. Shame they make good food. Service and Location is pretty lousy. I will revisit again to if anything said was actually considered. Good luck hopefully you care about your customer and take to consideration to win them back. I wish they had a notification to tell you when your order is ready at the express shelf, so I took away one star for that. Other than that it's great.
