Review Starbucks - Henderson

Awesome customer service. Drinks were done exactly how we ordered and they tasted soo good. I normally like/order the dark roast and I've ordered it mostly later in the afternoon at other Starbucks (mostly on the way from LV to San Diego and back).... this is the ONLY Starbucks that I've been to that offered to do a "pour over" because it was outside of the "fresh pot" brewing time. I've always asked all other Starbucks (corporate ones) to do a "pour over" and they all say "we don't do that". This Starbucks did not even let me ask.... they OFFERED!! What an awesome team this location has.

Sadly to say but today's experience was far from perfect. Poor ( only employee) had a line out the door and was doing their best. Starbucks should have a lot more staffed considering I paid $7 for my coffee. I do not recommend.

This location is generally very busy, but they do manage to move fairly quickly and efficiently, as well as courteously. The bakery goes by fast, but the last time I decided to try the pumpkin bread and I loved it! I have visited this location several times and have always had a great experience.

It is great! However they forgot my sugar. I will still come here. I will say this....I feel like once something becomes way too commercialized they stop caring about the people and its really about the money. We live in a selfish society.

The line went pretty quickly for being rush hour. I've been in the drive thru and inside on a variety of days of the week and the staff are putting in work to make this place run smoothly. Thanks for helping my morning get going!!

Molly is the worst. She got my order wrong not once but twice. She doesn’t know what’s she’s doing and on top of that she’s rude and very unprofessional. Starbucks should hire nice people not unfriendly one’s with an attitude. I will be calling corporate on her.

Where do high school and college students 🧑‍🎓 (happily or maybe obliviously) mix with their much older elders 🧓🏼 every day? Answer: This Starbucks. It's spittin' distance (as they say in Texas where I'm from) from both Foothills High School and CSN Henderson. So it makes sense this would be the place to study, chat, sip and woo. But the store is surrounded by homes 🏡 (I actually sold one a few blocks away) and the locals like to hang out there too. The place is a multi-generational destination. 🎈 It's one of the bigger Starbucks stores in the Las Vegas valley. There is an intimate corner tucked away for the lovers. 🧡 But the main room had a Grand Central Station buzz when it was actually possible to gather. It's like you want to be seen here. ✔️ The baristas work fast and furiously. I have never had a wrong order and my latte has 5-7 components! ☕ (Yeah, I'm picky!) The remodeled stores took a different view on art. They now have line drawings on the wall gallery-style. 🎨 Most have to do with coffee (I love the whimsical one with all the different kind of coffee cups). I am perplexed by the fish and waves one. Because Starbucks started in Seattle? ❓ The drive-through line 🚙 is always long. Probably the locals who don't want to deal with the students! There's plenty of parking 🚗 since the store is in a retail center.

I took one look at the drive thru line and turned around and left. Went to the one across the street inside the Albertsons and was in and out in under 5 mins. Starbucks drive thrus are getting ridiculous.
