I wanted to try the new chicken sandwich I asked specifically for no mayo. Called up they told me to come back and they’ll remake my sandwich. Unfortunately when I get there they tell me they’re out of hamburger buns and they can’t remake my sandwich I say OK make me a breakfast platter if you have no hamburger buns. As I’m waiting I overhear conversation and come to realize they were out of hamburger patties they could’ve easily remade my chicken sandwich. This mayhem was allowed to go on because the manager was on the line in the back. When I asked the young man with a deer in the headlights look if there was a manager available he gave me the look that I knew all too well as someone that has dealt with bad managers. I asked to speak with them for a minute just to go over the miscommunication going on. I waited a few minutes for them to come from behind the kitchen Within a few seconds their voice elevated in volume and pitch. With a condescending tone they tried to explain away their lack of front of house management. At no point did this manager express any understanding for the mildly stressful experience. So I left the restaurant although having paid $10 more for a breakfast platter then the chicken sandwich combo. Unfortunately when I got home there was so much cinnamon on the breakfast platter I thought the eggs were burnt. But no they were black with cinnamon as well as the French toast. It was inedible. I called but was put on hold for seven minutes and then hung up on and when I called back a young employee was forced to dodge the responsibility of dealing with an unsatisfied customer in need of a refund. I left my phone number and my reasonable request to credit my card. I don’t expect a call.

Excellent service. The employees at Farmer Boys in Henderson have pleasant personalities and definitely know how to provide customer service. I had a special request to change out one of the dishes not listed as a menu item and they (Farmer Boys) were able to accommodate with very little to no hassle and still serve me quickly. Great atmosphere at this location, a place you can unwind from a busy day. The most satisfying to end the day was the women's restroom was clean and tidy. You can tell the employees at this location enjoy working here and have some pride in this establishment. You can see it in their attitudes and you can feel it when you dine-in there.

I have visited this location for years, However the last few visits I noticed the decline in quality, quantity as well as customer service. So this is my first visit in months and I will never return.
We went through the drive through and got stuck for 45 min…no kidding. But we were patient and ordered a pastrami meal with zucchini, he shut off the mike before we could finish ordering but we figured that they were busy so again we didn’t complain. Get to the window and nobody greeted us and we could see all the staff in a huddle so we knew something was wrong, he finally addressed us and said we have no zucchini…okay we changed to chili cheese fries, he came back ten minutes later to say we’re out of chili, okay we ordered onion rings and we would like mayo and mustard on the sandwich. Five minutes later he comes back and said we have to give you a packet of mayonnaise. Finally we get our order and get home and we have three burnt onion rings and a beat up burnt out pastrami. I’ve never seen a pastrami look like this ever. I called to speak to the mgr and spoke with Jada who was rude and preceded to tell me that she can’t see through the wrapper 😒 and that she’s actually the shift lead only and it’s nothing she can do about being out of most items bc they just sold out. I said well that’s why you order enough to serve your customers. She said well call Stephanie tomorrow and hung up in my face.
Who the heck they have cooking in that dump, I read the reviews and they all said the same thing. Bad customer service, sloppy meal prep, uncooked or over cooked meat, long wait time. Close this location down before someone gets sick. I should have known something was wrong when we pulled up to the drive through there we’re about seven young girls playing in the drive way😩

First visit. I've passed by many times, but finally stopped today. Love this place! Clean and neat and tidy inside. Service is friendly, fast and efficient. We had an omelet plate and 3-egg breakfast plate. It was great! Generous portions, the perfect amount, tasty, not overly seasoned. The value is tremendous and we will return!

Will not be returning... We came for a quick breakfast option on Mother's Day since we were running late for other scheduled plans and were told there was a 45 minute wait for food. We appreciated them letting us know and left since we didn't have time to wait.
Well we decided to return last Sunday and again were told there was a 45 minute wait for food. The funny thing is that the dining area was not crowded, so we wondered why there would be such a long wait time. After considering the time it would take to drive somewhere else, etc. we decided to order and wait. Let me say that the staff was really friendly and polite and that aspect of my experience was nice. When the food arrived the chili on my chili fries was literally cold. Not lukewarm - cold. The rest of the food was edible, but the chili fries were a huge disappointment after waiting as long as we did. My advice would be to take five more minutes making sure the orders are completed to a decent standard considering the guest has already waited for 45 minutes. And another thing that could be easily corrected would be better maintenance of the restrooms. This was another bad experience in my visit. Owners should take a hard look at how this location is being run.

Best zucchinis in town! I always have to have them when we come here. The only really bad experience is with cashier #101 Aydan, sad if she is signed in under someone else's log in because I don't believe that's her name. She is so rude! No welcome in or thank you, no costumer service. If it weren't for her I would give it 5 stars. :(

I return to establishments expecting consistency. I ordered and got two big cheeseburgers two weeks ago and was so impressed that I wanted to enjoy the food here again. I was a sorely displeased at the order I received today. The last cheeseburger had fresh lettuce and tomato on it. Everything was wilted today, the product looked like it had dehydrated. The pastrami was an adventure. They advertised it as this huge delicious treat. The roll was flat and so was the quantity of the pastrami. There was next to nothing of the pastrami to be found. For the price I paid, I didn't get my money's worth. Won't go back again.
