This place is busy with a large indoor space, outdoor tables and a drive through window. I went into the shop and strolled right past the large group of people waiting for their drinks. There was no one in line to order, so the young woman took my order for a black coffee. Nothing mixed, shaken or blended. Just pour me my coffee and I will be out the door. But no, that's not how it worked. Instead of pouring my coffee, I was put in the queue with that large group. Over the next 10 minutes, while the young woman who took my order stood mostly idle, I had to wait for all those specialty "hand crafted" drinks before my simple "black coffee in a cup" was available. I would think that they could do a bit of triage when the order is so simple.

My coffee was cold ask for hot. Went there again for tea no good. They need help. They need a manager. Loyalty family.

This location is run by the GVR & Casino so costs more, almost twice as much as your local neighborhood locations. Also because of this, they're unable to reload my Starbucks card using Google or Apple pay from my phone. This is not a full-service store. If you don't carry cash or plastic with you, reload your card in advance, or alternately you can charge it to your room.

I have stayed at the Green Valley Ranch Resort a couple of times. I have never encountered baristas being as rude as I have at this coffee shop anywhere in all of my travels. And the coffee tastes like watered down mud.

I’m here working! Thank you to this lovely staff! One time this poor soul was making a racket. He appeared displaced so they made sure he ate. But he was troubled and lively so I felt a little unsafe. The barista walked me outside to my care ensuring my safety! I so appreciated that Thank you 🙏🏾

Had what was told to me was $25 gift card than was told it was only $15 by the barista i proceeded to just buy a water (normally free).I came back the next day and tried to buy a tea and the barista at the register said I only had a $4 balance on the card and I owe $1 and change left for my drink. I said to her i didnt have any other money on me. She respond with sorry and pulled the drink back closer to herself and said the $4 charge off your card is not refundable. So I walked away with a small glass if water that they consider to be courtesy water at this location. I didn't even bother to raise an objection with her, I just feel bad for her for not having recieved the proper training as well as her co-workers who watched at this location.
