I received a delivery order from this location. Usually I love Panera but today was a flop. I usually just order my bagels plain because I like to cut and toast them myself. I checked to make sure before I placed the order to make sure it was just left alone. The bagel was delivered burnt and hard.

Food was as expected, item I wanted was not on the menu but something they had in their register menu and I was able to order. Even the cashier was confused as to why it was not on the big menu for customers to see. The cell service (not the locations fault) is dodgy here.
