Staff was friendly enough but cashier seemed confused like she didn't fully understand how to operate the register. And it took almost a full 20 min to receive my order while on the inside. Facilities were clean.

On something one day call and talk someone ordered the next day told them about the missed order they want to know what time it happen spend 46 dollars the 1 day went though slot of questions and spend 50 dollars that day gas is to high for them to keep missing ordet

Out of all the Jack in the Box restaurants we visit while travelling, the people at this location are always nice. They have never gotten my order wrong, the food is always hot, they never forget the taco sauce... Just good all around service. Thanks and we'll see ya'll next time we pass through.

Do NOT go at night! The staff was very unprofessional. They left a hair in our food and refused to give us a refund for it. They were cursing at us and closed the window on us. We had to wait 45 min for them to even open the window. They wanted us to go around the line again, because they want to give the food out first from the line, but we already had waited in the line. The last lady said that we should have seen before the food before we ate it and that it is our fault, but the hair was fried into the french fries. No one there had a hair net or mask on while cooking. Even the lady who was talking to us took her mask off to yell louder. Unbelievable.
