Used the app, ordered food for pick up via drive thru and just had to pull up to say I was picking up my mobile order. I was directed to the second window and the food was ready along with our shake. Great customer service and the food was fresh.

Service is quick. Got the #4 it was good. Tacos were Not fresh so I didn't eat them. Its a hit or miss with tacos at Jack

Super clean. I was there in the morning. Easy in, easy out. I had to walk in because we were towing a trailer. They had one door to enter and one to exit to help with COVID distancing. I don't eat fast food often, but the sausage crescent was pretty good.

I always loved this jack but since they been having the cars wait I'm the parking lot after paying they have given my order to different cars 2 time than I'm stuck there waiting for them to remake the order while cars that were 5 back get ther order and leave.. honestly the worse thing they have done is to have cars pull to the front! Update: I get home and my order that was remade is half right.. got loaded tini taco and there just regular tiny taco with nothing on them! Its crazy how you can mess up after taking my bill back with u to remake the prder
