Pizza Hut

I've ordered from this location in Hemet CA 4 to 5 times now. Pizza is always done by the time they say, always cooked great, consistent. When I get there and let them know they bring it right to my car within a couple of minutes. Points system came in handy, I got a medium meat lovers Pizza at no cost. They have reasonable prices for pizza, because Pizza cost is actually pretty high as far as I'm concerned. I have another place I really like but it costs $25 to $30 for pizza and it's just too much. I get the two medium pizzas for $22, usually meat lovers and supreme. I can make that last up to four meals. So five bucks a meal isn't bad.

I have to say this was a very strange dining experience. I had been there prior to the pandemic, so I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. First off, when we asked to dine in they looked at us like we had 3 heads. Second, they gave us drink cups for a dispenser that was broken and did not have ice. When we asked for ice, we were told they didn't have any. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

My pizza is always right, fresh, timely and yummy! This is the best Pizza Hut on town and they use real cheese! And dough made fresh daily...so they're our family fav. Use the app to get deals and points for free stuff. Delivery drivers are polite and my food is always hot and correct. I have been going to this place for over 30 years I believe!

Great staff and such a clean interior. Gunner was a pleasure to meet and communicate with. Seemed proud to work here. Food was fresh. Only found this location because the Pizza Hut on Stetson continued to be out of many items including personal pizzas, cheese sticks and Breadsticks not to mention toppings.

"Manager" Gunner thinks hanging up on customers who make a complaint is good customer service. Told him my wings were over cooked also they didn't inform me they were out of a flavor til I got there basically Said i was a liar when I asked for a refund and than stated he didn't know who the owner was when I asked when they came in. I think Gunner needs some retraining on customer service and management skills because he's lacking everything it takes to be a good Manager
