Short staffed but friendly. Chicken was just a tad bit dry and the wings (which is my favorite part of the chicken) were so small shouldn't have been counted as part of the included number of pieces.We received 2 extremely undersized wings (should have been counted as 1) and only 1 breast in our 10 piece family meal. They skimped on the quality and type of pieces yhat we should have received. The mashed potatoes and gravy I give them props for...typically all of them skimp so badly on gravy it isn't enough for even 1 person. They had enough on it to make it be a decent amount for the entire large container. The apple pies were very fresh.

The food we received was edible, but was not the food we ordered. We placed an order for chicken tenders, a chicken sandwich, and a few traditional pieces of chicken. After the online order was placed we were told they had no tenders or sandwiches. The employee seemed to move on without thinking how to resolve the matter. They could not refund us as it was an online order so they replaced the missing chicken with additional traditional pieces of chicken.

I would honestly give zero stars if I could. After spending 15 dollars for only wanting 4 pieces of chicken and mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I don't drink caffeine/soda or eat those biscuits. Couldn't trade for anything. So I go back to my truck and find enough meat to literally only make about 4 chicken nuggets worth. Honestly was 93% breaded skin and bone. They purposefully bread it heavy so you think you are getting something of value. I haven't been this irritated from what I paid to what I received in many years. Was about one, yes ONE chicken tender worth or meat! I have enough chicken breading to make 17 casseroles though! Will never go back and everytime I am outside or walking by one of these places, I will do my best to influence the next possible victim go elsewhere. Buffalo wild wings are good year blimps compared to what they sold me! Disgusted, straight disgusted at value. Now I gotta sweep out my truck cause my 148$/lb bread crumbs are EVERYWHERE!!!

Hi my name is Franzo; I am a truck driver so my concerns is just don’t know why People is being treating others with no respect what so ever.. just can understand I come to that store to order 3 pieces of chicken combo the spicy one and the HOST pretend to do not understand what I am saying like my English or accent whatever … Until an other co worker tells her do not act like that so that is crazy . If this place doesn’t want to serve people anymore just close it cause I was not in there to beg food cause I have money thanks GOD to take of me and my family work so hard… please supervisor talk to that lady( host) explain to her people needs respect

Every table in the restaurant was dirty. You actually had to ask them to clean a table so you can sit down & eat. Then no one seem to make any sense on what table to clean first but to start cleaning at another restaurant table on the opposite side of the restaurant they work at. So now we can’t or don’t know how to wash a table so the employee washes the table but leaves it fully wet where you would either have to dry the table off yourself or sit & eat in a wet table 🙄 I swear, what do these people do at their homes. Their house keeping skills are terrible & inconsiderate.
