Went to the location at Howdershell at 270 and the business is closed, signage has been removed. Not sure if permanent closure or temporary for renovations.

So tired of going here and when.i gety food and get home it is nothing like it should be. Tonight 2 things the jalapeños bites 2 out 5 had no jalapeños no cream cheese just breading. The cheddar chicken ranch was disgusting. No lettuce or tomato hardly any ranch. Not a happy person!

The service is very slow. their employees including the manager provided better customer service to their cell phones then the customer. they need to use more PPE, like wear gloves when making food. I saw them scratch their heads and hold their foods while making food orders.

Food is always hot and seems freshly made sometimes the roast beef is a little tuff like it's been sitting but other then that everything else you order is good. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Fries were fresh, employees were nice, fast service.
