this restaurant is really bad. They prioritize who gets their orders based on who they like the most not whose order is prepared first or based on who has waited the longest. This store will completely ignore you while it hands out orders for people who came well after you did. Also, its kinda dirt

Ordered the shrimp nibblers and onion rings. The cocktail sauce tasted like it was mixed with rubbing alcohol-STRONGLY. Might need to check the expiration date on the box or toss it out. My coworker thought the same thing and he had his own cocktail sauce.

Terrible experience for the 3rd time. I ordered online, came and got my food when it said it would be ready and still waited 35 minutes inside. Only thing good about this experience was the manager had a great attitude.

Food wasn't that bad but when I'm asking the employee a question and they say they can't hear me maybe the solution for that would be "take out your airpods!!!" I felt like the person taking my order was extremely inconvenienced by me being there. I'll go spend my money somewhere else next time.

My burgers and fries were hot and my wait was short. The Florissant location was a bit better though...maybe because this location is newer! Good job though...

Took 25 minutes through the drive thru to be treated terrible when I got to the window. When you work for the public you treat people with kindness. At least say hello and have a nice day. It's not that hard. It changes everyone's attitude.
