This place is the cutest! They have tons of sandwich and salad options, soups, and local honey and mushrooms. They're very adaptable to people with gluten allergies and subbed bread with my salad for a sliced orange! If they get gluten free bread for their sandwiches, I'd probably start living in there since their sandwiches are that good!

My stir fry was delicious, but I'd have liked to find more mushrooms in it, there weren't many. The complimentary honey cookies were good too. Husband had an open faced beef sandwich and mashed potatoes, it wasn't quite well rounded until I gave him half my vegetables. We were both full and satisfied.

The food is fresh and tasty and the I love the farm to table concept. They put their local honey into just about any item they can. We had the tomato soup. It was made with fresh, organic tomatos and was definitely home made. We also had the BLT on Texas Toast. It was a simple sandwich but it was packed full of bacon. We had the honey lemonade; it was very good. The meal came with two complimentary cookies. They were made with whole grains and laced with honey. They were nothing special. Overall the meal was great but $25 for two sandwiches does seem rather high.

This place has great healthy food and fast friendly service and the prices are spot on! I have been here several times and never leave disappointed! Each time I go here to eat I try something different. Every item on the menu that I have tried has always been tasty and fresh. Living over an hour away my wife and I find an excuse to visit this place in Hays and would recommend for anyone to try if they want a healthier alternative for lunch. Word is spreading quickly how good this restaurant is to visit. We recommend anyone visiting Hays to check this place out!
