This location either just doesn't keep half the standard things stocked, has a bad manager who cannot manage inventory, or possibly just rude lying employees. Half the drink menu unavailable, no ketchup,and they don't listen to what you order and give you attitude when you tell them that's not what you said. There wasn't anything wrong with the fries or nuggets but my boyfriend's big mac was a sad mac. Overdone patties shrunken to be half the diameter of the buns, haphazardly put together, and barely any lettuce or condiments to be found. Looks like drive on the old 95 and get something local next time or wait until Reno. I definitely won't make this mistake again.

Very great place. Outstanding customer service that makes you feel comfortable. Their AC wasn't working so they offered us free ice cream. The employees were super nice.

The person that took our order was just a sweetheart!!! Our order was correct, but fries were cold and they forgot the dipping sauce for the nuggets. Overall a good drive through experience.

A bit small for the location. They should be one half to double the size. Otherwise, quick service and hot food. Good location, at the corner of the truck route and near the Army base.

Tea sucked .no sugar . went in to have them fix it. They handed me another with no sugar. Shook it up . then there was the sugar.. I had to shack it every drink. Try learning the right procedures. You'll have less complaints. Plus clean your soda fountain jets . they taste like mold.
