Chicken And Rib Crib

I called to place a delivery order and I was told this specific night they had no delivery but my kids insisted they wanted wings and tenders from this location so I agreed to pick up as they like the BBQ flavored sauce of this location however we request always on the side. Upon arriving at my home no sauce to be found what made my children not want to eat. I called asking if something could be done and the manager said (IN A VERY DISRESPECTFUL TONE OF VOICE) I’ll give you two dollars out of my own pocket because I am not driving sauce to your house, but if you like bring back the food and I’ll give you your money back!! Needless to say I drove back with the food for my full refund. As my brother and I walked in the same manager asked why did two people had to come return food! (Again very disrespectful) what are the rules of picking up or returning? After leaving the location a few minutes later we received a call from the same manager saying that the new owners had seen the video of the return and he wishes for me or my family no longer to visit or do business with them. With pleasure this will be best for my health !! PS. I work for a very large production company a block away from your property and we normally refer our employees to your business because of the proximity this of course will also stop! A LITTLE EMPATHY AND RESPECT GO A LONG WAY! Most times small business owner loss everything they work for their entire lives because of employees that simply don’t care!! I DONT EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICES FROM A PICK UP LOCATION BUT I ALSO DON’T EXPECT BEEING DISRESPECT FROM SOMEONE OR A PLACE THAT IM MONETARILY SUPPORTING WITH MY BUSINESS!
