Sprinkles Ice Cream And Yogurt

The atmosphere was nice and classic. I got a banana split. It was $7.50 which is expensive but so what. The issue I had was that basically the server didn’t know how to make one. Firstly, the banana was not split (cut it lengthwise and put one part in front and the other to the back of the container) but instead was just off to one side of the plastic container. Secondly, and most importantly, the scoops were very very small (three bites at most), they were basically just an incomplete small curl of ice cream with a hollow center. They were not solid scoops. Thirdly, the server didn’t put on whipped cream or cherries.... I guess, in addition to those key elements the container was about 4” too long, which made this undersized banana split seem even smaller. While Guernsey Crest Creamery isn’t as nice looking of a place and has no outside seating, I’d take their banana boat, and eat it in my car or on the stoop of the neighboring entrance, over this place 100% of the time.
