Horrible customer service. This is my local McDonald’s and everyone I know that stays in this area agrees the customer service is horrible. I waited in like for 15 mins in drive thru. I stated my order and the lady at the speaker stated she couldn’t hear me give her a second. The menus then go black and its now the breakfast menu so I ask to see if anyone is there finally someone responds and it’s a different voice. So I repeat my order from 15-20 mins ago and she said they are no longer serving breakfast. Why not say that when I initially ordered a Big Mac that you were changing shifts and wouldn’t be serving that but to have me wait and say you can’t hear me is ridiculous. Then when I get to the window the supervisor who claims she isn’t all though her shirt was different took pictures of my license plate on the camera before she approached the window to apologize. The so I asked her her name she’s taking pictures she refused and said she was calling the police. All while recording me on her personal phone in one hand and McDonald’s phone in the other. She then spoke in Spanish to the other coworkers about me. I recorded the incident as she took pictures of my car. Is this what McDonald’s is allowing their employees to act.

It is a standard McDs, however if you use curbside pickup for app orders, check your bag before you leave. Twice the male manager delivered to me and twice I was shorted. I will say their sundae/cone machine is usually working great, no crystals in the soft serve!

They are hiring and need to hire faster! I’ve been waiting for my Uber Eats order that was already done. It was sitting for 40 minutes. I made them make it over! All of this for 5 dollars!!!! One man waited 45 minutes just for them to say they don’t have the order…. I haven’t even ate anything myself!!!

The employees and management staff at this location work in a way that makes them appear inept at their jobs.
I went through drive-thru yesterday to get four combos with extra salt on the fries, on the receipt it read extra salt. What I received was four fries with no salt, I went into the establishment to tell the cashier that my fry order was incorrect. As I told her that my order was incorrect she relayed to the manager an order of four fries with no salt, I corrected her and told her they were to have extra salt and she just stood as if to say "He's already making them".
The manager didn't salt the fries because I watched him, he then proceeded to tell me he salted them and he just put salt packets in the bag.
I'm done with this location as my family and I have had multiple issues at this location, this location is literally around the corner from me. I will now drive to the location 4160 W. El Segundo which is almost 1.5 miles away from my home because they have better customer service.

Always double check that everything you ordered is in you bag. I go here alot and I would say 4 out of 5 times you order from here, something is missing or wrong burger is in the bag. Maybe just my luck but I do go here alot and already know what to expect

Since change of owner, I will not b going back. This Asian lady is so mean to the dogs. Nobody take your pets there!!! My dog came back un even haircut, had to take back n still the same. This lady has no warmth towards the puppy's!! Bye bye been going there 5 years, nomore after 6/22.

Place is horrendous. I live literally 5 min walking distance and will not go back. Everytime i go its something else wrong. This time i tried to use a coupon that clearly stated buy one get one free any breakfast sandwich except 1,2,3 menu, they said its only good for sausage mcmuffin with egg. The employee and the manager didnt take time to read it, were very standoff-ish, and extremely rude. I will NOT go back even tho it is right next to my place. Horrible, horrible service and they do not care about the customer at all. Went right around the corner to the other location, got what i wanted, and the item was 30 cents cheaper also.

This might just be a me problem, but every time I go, they make no effort to put the meals in a bag. Especially when I order drinks. It’s not a big deal and I can do it myself but it is annoying when they see nothing wrong when I order stuff to go, and they hand me 2-4 drinks in cups, plus couple of side orders, and we’re staring at ourselves, me thinking, ummmm how am I taking these with me with no bags? And even when I ask for a bag, they hand me the bag, not even trying to put what I ordered inside the bag. So I do it myself. Again, it’s no big deal but it gets annoying when it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.
