El Pollo Loco

I usually have a good experience with this location up until today. I received my curbside confident it would be great as always. I get home only to realize I didn’t have any utensils, dressing to my salad, or any other condiments. I call and get the assistant manager Aaron Cruz. Immediately upon telling him he told me if I wanted a refund to bring the food back! I explained if he could just issue me a refund for the salad he said to bring it in!! I was appalled that he actually had me bring food in to only tell me upon arrival that the refund would happen tomorrow when the store manager was there. I repeated what he asked of me to do I brought the salad back and i just wanted my money back he said well I’ll have to refund you cash not original payment. Bad experience.

I've only been to El Pollo Loco once before, and I was not disappointed by returning, the chicken was juicy and had lots of flavor, the sides were amazing, the mac and cheese was a little salty, but the corn was good, the shrimp and avocado tacos were extremely tasty and we're juicy with lots of flavor ...

Bad service at my approach! Said hello and compliment the order taker but had an attitude. I ask for extra cilantro sauce on my order. I came back to ask for that extra sauce and the person handling the to-go orders had the nerve and tell me that if I don't have an order she won't give it to me! Like if just come out of nowhere to ask for that! Then she wanted to see my recent, which I had then she gave me one but she had to ended it with a remark " we normally don't give extra" I am a paying customer that likes extra sauce on a taco salad that's all.
