The burger was juicy and seemed like good quality beef. So, good taste. But lacked seasoning. Obviously salt. But seemed like not even pepper was added. The fries were god awful. All oil, no potato. See for yourself. They taste how they look.

My God, this place is amazing. I've never seen anything as good as a steak from here. Always the first place I visit when in LA with Good quality meat. The lines are often long, but they're Outlet real fast, so don't be intimidated. I love this place.

Good food just to cheap and you dont get enough.... lole when I got the pastrami, barely had any meat and it was all toasted as heck bun.

Good burger 😍💯..... But definitely not good enough to put up with horrible customer service for 16 years I've been coming to this place food was always on point but I will say the staff have always needed more training on being professional and organized. While I was waiting and being rudely ignored I got a chance to look inside that kitchen it's dirty clean it up and for that reason I won't be back take care of your business and your business should take care of you.

I had a friend that took me to this place over 10 years ago the experience was awesome the burgers was amazing went back since had it delivered to my house it was the same it was amazing this is your place to go if you want to go B&R.

don’t think this is worth the money and I was uncomfortable with there was no price on the website for the featured item. When I picked up my order the young man referred to my receipt asking if the preparer put the onions on, and once it was fixed and I saw him crumble the receipt, but it looked like he placed it in my bag. When I got home and discovered it was missing and I was disappointed at the difference in value for the price I added all the items to try to determine what the item should cost and I got$3.99 for chili cheese fries $1.39 for the pastrami and 1.49 for turkey chili (for good measure) and I got $6.87 plus tax $7 and some change not $9 and whatever the change is. I was disturbed at the discrepancy and I’m on the fence about continuing business with them.

Tried to get breakfast here and just missed it by a bit. Got a great lunch with a milkshake instead. They've renovated recently, so you should check them out!
