I am a daily morning customer due to highway convenience. There is one associate there in particular who provides the worst service I have ever experienced. Simple orders always get screwed up at the register (even when I am the only one in the drivethru)! Techonology seems to befuddle this woman.
Everyone at this Dunkin' donuts are very polite very professional very friendly I this is one of Dunkin' donuts I like very much I Frequent this Dunkin Donuts daily & if they weren't good people would service I would not go there plus word of mouth is the fastest way to let friends and family know
12 minutes in the drive through to get to the order speaker, then 3 more to the pickup with only 6 cars in front of me when I started!
I never got any of the food that I ordered and was calling their phone with no one answering, that’s bad for business and when I called back at 12 they told me to call tomorrow cause their not in charge of the morning orders !
Black hot coffee is good.
The service is always quick and the employees are all very nice. No complaints
Orders are always right @ drive-thru, good customer service. My dog loves it because she gets a treat.
The communication between crew members is like non existent.... Coffee always gets messed up.... Second time in a week someone has tossed a expresso in my decaf coffee...totally scary especially when the decaf is cause of health related reasons... Talk to each other... good luck
This place used to be great, but over the last 6 months or so they have gotten so bad. Always just 2 people serving during morning rush. Doesn't matter if no one's in line, it still takes forever.
