Horrible, I pulled in to the drive thru to order a quick breakfast for my kids & myself. I ordered 6 egg and cheese wraps, 2 sausage egg and cheese on a croissant & a ice coffee. As I’m ordering the wraps she consistently kept asking me is that all. I tell her no and kept ordering she laughed as if I annoyed her with my order. I left it at that , & I pull up to get my coffee (the coffee is trash!!!!) then I go to the second window to grab our food. They never made my croissant they only made one when I ordered two. The croissant was burnt & sloppy & The wrap was sloppy made also .. every trip I take to this dunks I try to give them the Benefit of doubt & every time they’re horrible. Only reason I go here is because it’s right around the corner from my kids school. They need to rehire or just close it down at this point !!!! Waste of money !!!

Not only are they rude & unprofessional at this Dunkins, but they are dirty.
This place was recently renovated and the employees are nasty from the start. If you walk in no one will even acknowledge you because they are more worried about the drive thru. But at the drive thru you are greeted by either someone that speaks so low I can't even hear her (sounds depressed early in the morning) or someone with phrases like "you can pull up." That's unprofessional...
But today was the last straw. I was served a bug in my iced latte and a stale bagel I could barely bite into. I am there before 7am every morning. There is no reason the food should not be fresh at 6:30 on a Monday. I didn't even notice because it was behind the sticker but I'm thoroughly disgusted with them.

Used to be my favorite location (Winter st.) but in the last 2 years has gone downhill. I blame management. Workers look tired. Nobody is trained. 6 people behind the counter and it takes 10 minutes to make my small regular coffee. I'm a frequent client and the customer service leaves much to be desired. No smiles, no greeting, manager snaps at customers. Lately I get treated as a nuisance and not a customer. Owner doesn't obviously care since they are banking millions. Time to just make it at home.

The Dunkins in Haverhill was remodeled and it looks amazing. More space, cleaner and more welcoming. You actually want to sit and stay for a bit. Highly recommended to try out.

The cashier was rude she walked away from her duties and someone else had to pick up her slack. When I asked her a question I was ignored. I was given the incorrect coffee intentionally. If you can't or don't like to wprk with public you should probably get a different job. I could see if it were busy but there were only 2 other people in line.

Management is a joke. Slow service. Bad prioritizing of customers. Person 3 people behind got his med hot as I waited for my med hot. I had to literally ask for them to make mine because they forgot how the line works .

This is the only place I go for my coffee and sometimes donuts. Very convenient. Great staffs.
