I ordered 2 burritos and they came with just rice and salsa. Missing main protein ingredients in both - sofritas, black and brown beans which makes up the entire burrito. I don’t want to eat a rice burrito. Also ordered chips and queso and just got chips. I paid a lot of money for lunch and it wasn’t even worth eating. The only thing they got right was a bottled drink.

Food is good. But they don't serve u enough to get full. Like u actually need too buy two bowls to get full. I paid over $13 for mine.. plus the dinning are always dirty ALWAYS. Hard to find a place to seat n enjoy the cold food :-)

Closed up shop 30 minutes earlier than stated closing time on the door. Three employees showed lack of urgency and were more focused on cleaning up grill than completing orders. Also required to order online (Chicken/Steak) so they don’t “run out.” Worst employees I’ve ever encountered as a Chipotle customer. Will not be going back.

I'm giving it r stars only because I ever give fast food places 4 stars tops. That being said, the restaurant was clean, the staff was courteous and helpful, food was fresh and of good quality. The wait in the line was petty short as well.

This store is closed at 6pm on a Friday. I get there are still issues with staffing at food service. But this has been multiple days this week that it had to "close early."
I'm sure they could figure something out to open. Pull staff from other stores, pay more to attract people, something. Five guys across the parking lot is open. They have 6 people working on a Friday night.

No employee culture sensitivity trainings here!!!!! Stopped in for some food and the servers completely ignored me standing at register then one starts shouting about delivery drivers all being minorities who can't read or speak English. Being the ONLY minority customer in the restaurant at the moment, I was offended and stated that as an employee it's also their responsibility to check names on food the drivers are picking up and than another employee jumps in saying that "they also steal their food". At this point I left, tried to file a complaint on their website, which doesn't work so I called corporate which is a recording that directs you back to their site. My money will not be spent here!

What a dump. I mean really dirty. Food looked like it was sitting all day. The back kitchen was dirty right down to things in the floor. The dining area was gross, every table needed a wipe down. Who owns this place?

They always close early but say they are open online. Get employees im over it. This has happened more than a few times to me and they are about to loose a great customer. I am done. I am hungry.
