Not quite sure about the bad reviews. We only come to this DD because of the service and the breakfast sandwiches are always cooked perfectly. I have never come across bad or slow service. Friendly, prompt and the inside is always clean. I highly recommend this location.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too! The manager is a Dope and the only employee that has some hustle is the young lady on the drive through

I don't think I've ever spent so long waiting in a drive-through line as I did at this dunkin donuts. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were understaffed but when I got to the window there were 3 people in there. They were laughing and joking around which I totally support but not during the morning rush. It seems like it would've been faster to go in to the store but doesn't that defeat the point of having a drive-through a drive-through?

Your average Dunkins, but this place got my EXTRA EXTRA coffee correct. A lot dont add enough cream or sugar.

Always make my coffee exactly the way I want. Plus they have my favorite donuts. I wish that they would make a jelly and vanilla cream donuts.

If you are reluctant to try this shop based on reviews, I would say to give them another try. They are under new management and I have been visiting another Dunkin' managed by this new one for quite awhile. I have always been impressed with the shop, clean property, friendly, well trained employees and great service. I will miss this manager but he trained staff there well and I believe he will be a real asset and a great manager for this new location.

Every time and I do mean everytime I ask for a medium iced coffee with cream and 2 equals they label it as ordered but hardly put any cream in and skip the equal. The owners actually have the audacity to raise their prices and yet not deliver on their goods.
