Dunkin'

I go through the drive thru during the week days and there is one woman who is by far the best Server I have ever had. She is sweet, fast, genuine. She is always on point. She asks how you are and tells you have a good day. I wish I knew her name, she may be a manager. Either way this lady is a Queen. Best Dunkin Drive Thru employee ever

The guy running this place at 5:30 a.m. on 12-21-19 deserves a medal. This guy handled my order with like 7 special flavor coffees and like 100 munchkins simultaneously with someone else ordering (giving him a hard time as well) and people in the drive thru. I tipped everything that was left in my wallet, which was like 10 bucks, but give this guy a raise or a trophy or something. Oh yeah, and he was running subway too. Nice.

No problem at all got a dozen donuts which was nice and fresh and the employee who took my order was nice and friendly and treated me as a customer and asked me anything else and I said no paid for my stuff and the employee said have a nice day and I said thank you I will and said you to over all your employees are doing a wonderful job and will continue doing there for the nice service

Anthony On the overnight tour is such a big help and a nice man who cares about his customers even at 3:00 in the morning. I wish we could find more like him. To the owner why don't you try and get some help for him so he doesn't have to do Dunkin and Subway at the same time period I've been on line many times watching him try to do both. To Anthony continued to do what you do and rise above the haters.

Quick and precise service (the person who took my order was in training) and Vanilla Chia Tea Latte and 2 for 2 wake up wraps was my order and all was made excellent. We all know the burnt wrap and scalding tea burnt coffee scenario. Also the drive through was long but moving well from what I viewed entering the building to place my order. I was 5th in like and it took about a 1 min 30sec to reach the register. I do recommend this establishment if your in a hurry and need to make a quick stop.

I'm not sure what changed, but the staff are extremely friendly, hardly ever mess up my order and the speed of service (inside and at the drive thru) has increased tremendously. Highly recommended! *** I use the Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru once or twice a week depending on traffic. While the service inside is fine, the drive-thru could use some work. After putting my order through at the drive-thru speaker, I'm usually asked to repeat my order at least once (usually twice) at the window. I've yet to visit this location without having to repeat my order in the (approximately) two dozen visits I've made - "One coffee with milk, no sugar please." If it helps, the food quality has always been on par with other Dunkin' locations. I'd highly suggest the Dunkin' by exit 55 over this location. There's no drive-thru at the other location, unfortunately, but the service at that location has always been quick, friendly and accurate.
