Tgi Fridays

Years ago when I lived in Costa Rica Fridays opening was some huge deal. I've only eaten in an airport version before. We were trying to go to the new salad place the other night and when it was closed I decided to go here as it was next door. The place was pretty dead for a Tuesday night, and we were sat quickly. We were warned not to touch the table lamp as it was broken and glass might fall on us. Duly noted. We ordered and sat. It took quite a while to get our dinner. As I'm on a keto diet I tried to find something keto friendly. Salmon (no sauce), no rice with a double broccoli order. As you can see it was one of the smallest filets I can imagine. Dates chicken salad was OK, nothing special. This location is getting a little dated and needs some renovation.

TGIFridays used to be a place that I loved to frequent. Today my family and I went in for lunch and not only was the hostess rude and uninterested, she sat us in an area that apparently didn’t have a waiter. The couple behind us had been sitting there for 10 minutes, no greeting, no drinks, nothing. After sitting there for 5 minutes or so myself with no greeting, no concern, I asked them how long they had been there. I asked the front hostess did we have a waitress in that area, and she was so consumed with her phone, that she said I’ll go and find her. We politely got up to leave. Highly disappointed and hungry. I hardly ever right reviews, but this was ridiculous. If you expect someone to spend their hard earned money, please consider hiring people who have good customer service, and a staff that will at least acknowledge your presence. It was 3 o’clock in the afternoon, not busy AT ALL.

Pretty good food!! We were driving through and decided to call ahead to go. Once we arrived, we had to wait. So we then decided to grab some drinks. They lost a star because we lacked the attn from the bartender. Although she was pleasant, she was often absent or not attentive. Other than that, the overall experience was pretty good!

Me and some friends visited here tonight. We thought we were ordering endless appetizers. Waitress did not specify which appetizers were endless. We ordered two bucket of bones and two chicken nachos plus four entrees. If we would have known that they were not on the endless menu we never would have ordered them. Found out when we received the receipt. She did give us a military discount. Food was good. Ordered the chicken nachos but cheese could have been hotter. Receipt not clear look like being double billed. VAL was our waitress so overall not a good experience.
