I’ve had mostly great experiences. The only negative experience I had, was a month, or so, ago. I should have said something then, but I also work retail, and time gets away… oh well! There is a young lady who works there, and she doesn’t seem to be very happy the few times she has served me, when I go through the line. This particular day I asked for a drink that is normally cold, but wanted that flavor hot, and said so. When she came back with my coffee, all I said was, “oh I’m sorry! I asked for it hot!” Then she said something along the lines of “these come cold” and seemed pretty irritated. I repeated that I wanted it hot so she fixed it and I thanked her more than once and tipped as I always do. Though, she didn’t say another word to me after “these come cold”. Every visit after that I have made sure to say very succinctly, the word “hot” lol. Anyway, that’s the only negative I’ve had. Most every other experience has been great!

When I started WW I stopped having their coffee thinking that they won’t have a friendly alternative. Oh boy was I wrong. Today I had this super urge to have one of theirs and I was willing to invest my daily points on it. I asked if they have any WW friendly options and the barista said Yes😍😍😍I was super excited to learn that they have my favorite in sugar free fat free option so I go it. It’s hot white chocolate mocha and asked for truvia on the side.
