terrible experience.they have no menus, just whiteboards on the wall, terrible employees, nasty, tables not cleaned, food was cold but the plus was $10 a person

A great place to stop. Fresh coffee, fresh food, AWESOME breakfast. Clean, and friendly good people. A little Non Sequitur, as there is a lit of self service. Everything is priced at 10bucks including a never ending pot of self serve coffee. This friendly place is underrated and hard to spot if you are not looking. It is definitely worth the stop!

If you value your time don't come here. If you want to come here and have your time wasted that's another story we came we waited for 10 minutes no one approached us dozens of people walked in-and-out eventually we overheard someone who was eating say you have to go to the kitchen to put your order in they don't have a menu they have no service and they have no signage which States to do that it's just a waste of time for a lot of people.

frequently changing menu, well prepared food, super homey atmosphere and incredible prices, cooked and served by some of the finest characters youll ever meet.

Omelets Omelets Omelets. Greetings to all the lovers of good food and hearty welcomes .

I am on location at Doyle's Family Restaurant located in Hatfield , Pennsylvania. I was hungry and had been referred to the establishment by traveling colleagues.

The atmosphere : The establishment is located off the main roads and carries the impression of the " ma & pa" place that you might see in your small town USA . The walk in to the store is an old wooden door on the side of the building that has every comfort of that old , cozy feel . The inside retains its original brick laid walls , an with the various culturally reflected items displayed on the walls , it feels as if i stepped backwards to that old time glory .

The people : the employees , while informal , have their own charm to them . When i walked in , they made me feel as if it was the one thousandth time I had walked through the door . I felt as if I had always had this seat reserved just for me every time I come in .

The food : Its why youre reading this right ? I sampled the french toast special with sausage links , the ham spinach and cheddar omelet , and the pancakes .

The french toast : while i enjoy most french toast , this french toast was about average or just above . I wasnt impressed the amount of egg in the batter . I enjoyed them nonetheless . The links were about the same as what you could order anywhere .

The omelet : By far one of the best omelets I have had at a restaurant. The spinach was fresh , the ham was delicious and there was just the right amount of cheddar cheese . The texture was just right for an omelet . The ingredients didnt compete with each and where evenly dispersed i the flavor .

The pancakes : Not too buttery ,not too dry . The blueberry and chocolate pancakes had plenty of each in this pleasantly large serving . I can saythat theyre as good as or better than the best pancake you have tasted-- maybe even better : ) . They reminded me of how mom used to make them .

The Value: excellent . Why ? 5.45 for the 3 french toast special and the large large spinach ham omelet . The pancakes run 3.75 for three heaping pancakes . Stuff yourself ! .... And your wallet with the money you saved by making this your regular stop!

Overall , I would recommend the breakfast options at Doyles to anyone who enjoys the traditonal line up of classic america homemade breakfasts.

May your tastebuds water with delight : )
