For the first time in possibly EVER I have actually gotten a decent size burrito. Along with good portions for the chips and guacamole. I have went to this place for the past two years and never gotten this great of service. Especially considering all the bad reviews of this place in the past. I gave up on this place for a while because how many times my burrito was so small it could fit in the palm of my hand. Whoever made the burritos around 8:30-9:15 on Feb 9th. You are amazing!

Tonight was a HUGE disappointment. My burrito wasn't even a standard size burrito. It was a bite size. The bowl was suppose to be double of most, but barely anything in it. If you're going to skimp out on people's orders how about you call them and let them know that you don't have a lot of the ingredients OR reimburse them.

Super disappointed in my service AGAIN at this location. The portions were absolutely pitiful. Someone really needs to step in and make huge changes to this Chipotle. I will not be returning.

The girls working here were amazing! Even though they were out of a bunch of items from being so busy that night, it didn't even matter to me because these girls were so polite, sweet, apologetic, and fun. I couldn't help but forgive them and I even had fun while waiting in line! Lol. Great selection, by management, to hire these girls!

Sometimes I get off work a little late and I run into grab food from there typically around 730 or 8. They don't close until 10 PM. There have been a few times where I ask them to make A particular item fresh because there's hardly any left and looks like it's been sitting there for a while. They roll their eyes and the cook in the back gets upset when they're asked to make more people. They tell me it's going to be a long wait which I don't care, it's worth it, the food is good. But it's almost like they don't want to make anymore cause they want to close 2 hours early. I do an online order and they ask me when I arrive if it's OK they didn't put a certain ingredient on because they were all out. I nicely say no I paid for it I want that can you please make some and I hear again the chef in the back" that's it I'm not making any more", And they're still supposed to be open for another 2 hours. I think this is really bad customer service, you're providing really good & delicious food but you're not willing to have it out so people can eat it. I still generously tip them so I'm no "Karen" by any means.

Honestly just drive to the cottage grove location instead. This chipotle is so disappointing, they are always out of everything, the staff are not very friendly and I always get ripped off with the proportions. Whenever i walk in around 8, they always say they are switching to online only, even when i was sitting in line. I ordered chips online along with my other stuff but when i went in to get my order they said that they are out of chips and didn’t ask if i wanted a refund but instead asked if i wanted a soft drink which i already payed for they just forgot to put it in the bag. It’s honestly just a bunch of teens and people in their early 20’s that don’t want to do their job. I could go on and on about this chipotle but to keep it short, just don’t go to this location.

Apparently the posted hours are more of a suggestion to them. The last 3 times (2pm, 330pm, 9pm) that I've gone there they have a taped piece of printer paper saying they are closed. It's even better when you can see the employees inside eating and goofing around though.

I waited 20 minutes for Queso by then the food was all cold. I also ordered queso as a side for my kids and they didn't even put it in the bag. I'm also not sure how I got half a bag of small broken chips but that happened as well. So I spent $50 for cold food broken chips and didn't even get everything I paid for. The only plus side was the customer service from the cook that made it for me besides that I will never go back here again which is unfortunate because I typically love chipotle. The hasting one is so hit and miss it's not worth it. Spend your money on a company who cares!

The portion size has gone extremely down. I can't imagine raising prices and cutting portion size is getting return business. Used to be so much better. Very disappointed.

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Ran out of rice and the place was a disaster! Garbage everywhere, silverware and napkins were out and all tables were dirty. Very disappointed

The food tasted good but I was very disappointed to find a huge piece of shelled avacado in my guacamole on my bowl. Workers need to be more careful.

Used to be a good chipotle... tables are now always dirty. If I hear staff tell me "we are portioning" after i ask for more rice when receiving only half a scoop one more time i will not return.

My recommendation is that you need to take the time to train the employees properly. Seeing the grill man without a hairnet or hair on is obviously against protocol an when a customer asks about the difference between the white and brown rice an she says there's more left of the white and I have to answer the Customer while waiting in the growing line. When I worked there the place was a well oiled and fun place now it just looks like crap the food and service is mediocre at best. Figure it out guys this is just unacceptable !!!

I ordered online so I could pick up my order on my way to work. Pick up time was 615. I paid for my order at 624. I still had to wait for my order. When I asked how much longer the cashier said, it's down there on the line. Hmmm I ordered online and pick up time was 10 minutes prior. I asked again and at that point my order was put to the front of the line. My order should have been ready! When I went to the main page to comment I was given a "we'll take care of it." No concern to keep me as a customer.

The other day I went to Hastings to have a special lunch with my daughter, and had my purse but my wallet was not in it :( I was able to find some cash in my car, but not quite enough for the bill. The lady was so nice, didn't embarrass me at all and just took the cash I had. She completely made my day and my daughters. I am not sure I have ever done this, and I appreciate the compassion more than I can say. Thank you, Thank you, and Thank you!

My guacamole had half a avocado in it, good right? No. It was ripe. Barbacoa was fatty and not pulled apart into shreds like a pulled pork should be.

Rudest girl EVER making burritos today at 3:15. She was snippy, condescending, and should NOT work with people. Though the manager was great when I addressed my concern. If the brat is working when I go back in... I'm turning around and going somewhere else.
