I can join the band wagon and slam this place, but here is why I will not. First of all I did have to repeat my self 2 times about bread and kind of sub, sub was made wrong per listed on board of ingredient's that come on sub, watched her scrape the sides of guacamole dish just to get about 1 tablespoon of guac, the sign said avacado slices on sub not guac, was short changed by 30.00. Went back a couple hours after I noticed it and was told that I was wrong. I proceeded to tell her that manager can contact me after they close and see till is 30.00 over. She counted till at this time and found an extra 30.00 and apologized about this and that went a long way in todays nobody is wrong world. I stopped here, they did not invite me, I am thankful this place is there since I was hungry and they made me close to what I wanted. Bottom line is this, we all mess up and drop the ball at times, this place like most places are having a hard time finding workers, pass on kindness and a little patience for those who did show up. No more empty store fronts as long as we continue to frequent local. Have a great day.
I love the current crew they are really nice and seem to like their jobs. They haven’t messed up a sandwich.
Also love the hours, the fact they are open until 9:30 pm is nice.
I really miss the $5 footlong but that’s a corporate issue lol.
A more recent visit was met with a friendly and warm staff who are doing their absolute best to make delicious food with a new system in place. While it was not my most streamlined Subway experience, I was very glad to have a friendly and engaged sandwich artist who took time to make a great Sub. Very happy, and will definitely be back!
I was greeted very nicely. Send which was made precisely as I wanted it and the dressing put and exactly the way I described. I told the girl she was perfect and I was very happy with the service.
I stopped in one day as a last minute thing and had a great experience. I spent far more than I planned on, but the food was good and I found the employees to be knowledgable with all of the options. This experience was better than the last 3.
I have always had good experiences at this Subway. I've placed several party orders as well and the managers are always willing to be flexible and give me the lowest cost, even a discount.
We went and got subs for dinner as it was one of those days that was hot. We all got what we wanted and then took it home. It looks like they have a couple tables available for people to eat in. This was the subway in Haslett.
Fresh is best! Subway is always a great choice. Our whole family stops by this Subway when we're hungry for a great sub.
Very nice staff! Food was delicious! I wish they had oyster crackers instead or in addition to the saltines.
