Updating my review since I’ve been here quite a few times now.
I can say that EVERY time I have visited this location, no matter the cashier or person taking orders at the menu board, I’ve had exceptional experiences. They have been friendly and repeated my order back to me correctly. The person handing food at the window has been pleasant, and there was no wait. They have kept the line moving.
I am going to say in response to the bad reviews for this location, the energy that you send TO the employees is the energy you will receive. So be prepared to be kind and understanding, and you’ll have the same reciprocated. Even if you happen to receive bad service, two wrongs don’t make a right. I am super thankful there are people showing up for their shifts to work so I can even get my cravings satisfied in the first place haha.

There was a black male working the front counter/dining room on 4/27/22 around 8pm ish. There was a mixup in the order and he fixed it immediately, he asked if the food was well. Never once was he just standing there doing nothing. He was always wiping something down, refilling drink lids, re-stocking the condiments, taking an order, delivering the food directly to customer seated. Very good customer service, he’s a hard worker.
