Just as a heads up a medical emergency and having your spouse come pick you up from work, does not count as 2 employees taking a lunch break!
At 12:15 I had an epileptic episode and my phenomenal boss Kelly, took it upon herself to put my wellbeing in front of customers. Also just so you know we only have 2 people on shift in the first place. My husband came up to get me, we then sat down for over 2 hours before I was capable of WALKING! Kelly was polite, courteous and very helpful to everyone that came in!
Apparently this guy is too good for us EPILEPTICS!

Subs were good, just like usual. The 2 workers were very friendly. I ordered 2 subs and there was a sale to get the 3rd foot long for free. The chocolate cookies were good 👍.

I ordered via the Subway app 4 subs for my family. When I got to this location to pick up the subs, I was told they never got an order. I checked my app and it popped up the order was voided. No reason, just voided, yet I my card was charged TWICE! I also received two emails, one saying it was being prepared and then cancelled but not by me. The store employees "informed" me it was cancelled cause they don't accept the $2 coupons earned from ordering subs. It would be nice to know that when I place the order!!!!!!!!
The customer service at this store was also lacking. When I worked fast food, OUR franchisee made it a point to make sure a customer NEVER went away mad! These employees couldn't care that they lost a $25 order today and ALL, THAT'S ALL future orders from me.
Between being charged twice, rude employees and the lack of customer service or care, I give this store a NEGATIVE star.
If you want great service and care, try the the Subway in Milford or in Highland. They are always friendly and fast!

Eat at this subway often. Kelly does a great job at the store. Always tasty and quick. Alex is the best. She makes the best sandwiches. Also, her makeup is really awesome. Definitely going back over and over

States closed at 9:00. Go to walk in at 8:45 and the doors are locked and the employee turns and walks away into the back. If you want to close earlier than 9:00....change your hours. We specifically got off the highway to come here. So frustrating.
