Was mid day .Alot of youngs kids working but yet doing nothing .The young girl took our order for cod sandwich/ Salad .Easy order !!. Waited a bit I saw my salad getting passed around u can say off the food place onto the counter no tray.then a tray pushed down on the the counter .I walked up young kid ask me what ineed I said my food please🤔😥

I used to work at this location and I know that the goal for drive through orders is 5 minutes or less. In the last year, every time I have been to this location, it takes a minimum of 20 minutes for me to get my food after I order regardless of how busy it is. There have also been several times when I have ordered custard with my food and the custard is partially melted when it gets to my car. Overall very disappointed with my experience here.

This location seems to need a good cleaning. Also a very bad smell that can only be described as a sour smell permeating throughout the restaurant. My order was so screwed up that I finally asked for a refund and then the manager, at first, only wanted to refund a portion of my money. Can not recommend this location!

Drive thru was constantly busy as was the inside. Employee@register was explaining to customers that due to how busy they were, the orders placed would take a little longer time to receive. The flavor *midnight toffee* was probably the reason for the place being packed. People were still ordering even with the delay.

Great food at a great price! I make it to Culver's at least once per week for a reason.. The food is great! I reccomend the Buffalo Chicken Tender Basket 🐔 with a concrete as your beverage 😋 Try it out! You definitely won't regret it 👌
