Just got a Big Mac for lunch. It wasn’t even half way cooked, the fries are also undercooked. Horrible. I have been calling and no one answers.

To my surprise we had hot big Mac and hot nuggets. Asked for sweet and sour sauce but got BBQ. We asked for hot fries but did not get it. I guess you have to eat there inorder to get hot food and right sauce.

Mediocre at best. Probably the least busy McDonald's in CT and for some reason I have to wait in drive thru even when there are 2 or less cars in the drive thru. I understand sometimes they might be understaffed thats fine but this happens on weekends weekday mornings, weekday evenings etc... But other than that it's McDonald's and there are some polite staff there so I'm definitely not trying to bash them. Just keeping it a buck yall

Food was ok and served quick. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Somebody urinated all over toilet seat and there was no soap in dispenser.

The night time male cashier,has got to be bye far management material and I think that McDonald's would be foolish to keep this fine upstanding young gentleman at the drive thru window,he should be in management training,

This restaurant should take more pride in serving coffee the way I like. I'm more than particular and they never get it right.. And why is there never any pumpkin pie?? Come on yall!!! Get it together!!! Sheeshhhh!!!!!

Food is usually very freshly cooked when I go through . Probably the only McDonald's in Hartford that I don't have to double back and get something fixed. 👍🏼

Great this McDonald's on airport road area is one good place, I have not had such a good tasting quarter pounder in a pretty long time. Worth taking the trip there more often in the future cause the McDonald's on Flatbush Ave has never served me up such juicy burgers like the at airport road. My wife's big Mac was just as tasty to her also.

We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 Happy Meals. The fries were cold and the apple slices were disgusting and 3 days past the use by date.

Hmmm...seems that McDonald's and I have a differing opinion on what "iced coffee, light, two sugars" means. What I got from the argumentative woman who at first tried to give me the wrong beverage (a coffee drink with whipped topping and a bubble lid) and then hurried to make my medium iced coffee. I took the drink home and doctored it to make it light and added three sugar/stevia packets, because there was no sugar in this hastily made, no where near light iced coffee.
