Food is delicious and the aroma floating through the restaurant is divine. Wide range of meal on the menu, Atmosphere is relaxing, but as for customer service not so much; hope it didn't have any to do with the color of or skin. Our server was cold and distant and we had to keep reminding her of what we ordered although she had no problem remembering the other customers order. Everything else was A+.

I was at Kings for trunk or treat first I want to say we had such a great time thank you and your staff. With that said we decided to go in and eat once we were done outside, I saw rather heard the man that left the negative comment on here. The manager Nick and the staff handled the situation wonderfully. This man was cussing and yelling inside and outside the restaurant. There were families there and we didn’t appreciate his rudeness at all. The manager tried to calm the man however he continued to act like a loud crazy person. I personally am great full for the wonderful staff you have.

Interesting concept. First time at a Kings and I'm hooked. Great menu. Had the veggie burger and it was delicious! The whole menu was tempting. Great service, great iced tea. Can't wait to go again and get some pie!

We stopped here on a whim passing through PA and the food and services were great! I had the salmon salad...delicious! Hubby had the chicken fingers (they are really big) with Buffalo sauce...yummy! Don't let the outside fool you...the food is great!

Here at Kings family restaurant in New Castle PA. There is always room for desert!!😍😍😘 Frownie brownies I love the! The customer service is better than expected! Staff is very friendly and the old fashioned dinner feel adds spice to the experience! The food is well prepared and good💪🏿 thank you King family for the outstanding experience! Reasonably priced diner with a decent menu selection. I stopped in while driving past on I-80. My omelette was what I expected but not perfect. The staff was friendly. A couple minor order issues were resolved quickly. Most of the menu is standard diner / family restaurant offerings: all-day breakfast, burgers, chicken, meatloaf, etc. They have a handful of salad options and some lighter choices. And, of course, pie.

Stopped here during a road trip. Definitely is a local joint, but they were able to accommodate a low fat diet I had to be on. The food is generally greasy American food coming in large portions, but everyone else loved their meals.
