Starbucks

This is a store operated Starbucks. Although they are displaying a Starbucks Corporate sign encouraging downloading the mobile app for rewards, there are post-it notes by the cashier that you can not redeem stars and another stated you can't earn stars. Then why even use the app if you can't get perks? One the plus side, it was one of the neatest breakfast sandwiches I have had in a long time. She actually took the time to straighten up the ingredients before warming the sandwich which was a pleasant surprise. Both workers were friendly and I didn't wait long.

Keep this simple: • Covid 19 time and can’t bring your cup in to protect Starbucks staff. Starbucks staff doesn’t return favor. • Elijah places fingers inside of cup to place jacket on the cup. Really, knuckle deep. •. 10 minutes to get a pour over Decaf. Why not have Decaf on it was 430pm. •. No fork in egg bites, again in car using fingers during Covid 19. • lastly Elijah had nail polish on. Just not a great small town experience from what should have been great.

I went in to get a cup of coffee and wanted them to fill up my 20 oz. mug. They asked me how many ounces were in my cup and i told them 20 ounces and they only filled up my mug 3/4 and then i asked them if they would fill it up to the top and they told me i would have to pay more money to get it filled up. I go to a lot of different Starbucks and never have this problem and always get the mug filled up. I went to the manager about this problem and she was told by her worker that i had ordered it that way when i never did order it that way. They only asked me how many ounces were in the cup and i told them 20 ounces. Other Starbucks always ask me how many ounces and they always fill it up. I recommend to be careful when ordering something from this Starbucks. The manager did give me a free cup of coffee though and that is why I have them 2 stars.
