Kfc

My wife picked up a bucket of chicken and the sandwich that has been advertised a lot lately. Regular recipe but all the chicken including the sandwich was VERY crunchy and tasted like very old grease, 6 people and no one could finish 1 piece of chicken, dogs ate it. We eat at KFC a lot and this was by far the worst chicken we've ever gotten. 2 stars because the potatoes, gravy and coleslaw were still the standard. We have gotten good chicken here before but this was just horrible, wont waste our money here anymore.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 5 piece tender meal. I paid for the food and the lady told me to pull around the corner and park and they will bring out my food. I pull around to the parking space right outside the door and started waiting. 5 minutes roll by and nobody yet (must be making my food fresh) I watch a 20 minute youtube video on my phone to pass the time. I didn't think I'd get through the whole video but I did. When the video ended I had enough and walked inside the building. The workers just handed over a customers food that was standing at the counter. When I approached the register the same lady that took my order said "can I help you"? I have been waiting 25 minutes for 5 tenders and a fry, and the girl that was working the fryers I assume says "oh no I forgot"? Really!? I couldn't believe it. I've worked in my fair share of retail and restaurants but forgetting a customers order? It wasn't even busy. They gave me my food and when the asked me for sauces they put the sauce I requested and poured a tiny amount into a mashed potato container. I kept it professional and just took the food and left but I will not be returning to this store anytime soon.

Went through drive-thru ordered a famous bowl and a biscuit by itself never got my biscuit the chicken in my famous bowl was so crispy that you couldn't eat it I had to pick it all out called in and got told oh sorry and the girl was laughing about not getting my biscuit and told me I could turn around and come back and get it and then that's all she could do.

The chicken was dry , greasy, and well over cooked, the mashed potatoes were dry, the macaroni had a dark yellow crust suggested it was under heat lamp to long and dryed up the biscuits were as always great, as was the gravy, and slaw. I am very dissatisfied with the food tonight and next time I feel like chicken will travel to hardees. Yes I eat the food only because I was hungry and it cost $34.00. unlikly to ever return colonel not good. 2stars only because I'm not a total cranky old man.
