Arby's

I ordered through Drive Thru which is very convenient for me being disabled. The Staff is so Nice! I ordered a Beef Brisket with Fried Crispy Onions, BBQ sauce, a little mayo, Gouda cheese and that Delicious Beef Brisket. Let me Tell you All now that's a Sandwich that's worth Every Bite!! The Curly Fries were Warm & Crispy. Just Right. You can't get Any Better then this .. Thanks!!

I love Arby's and I always go to this location (Carlton St) because I know my food will be correct and fast! Terri took my order this evening, asked me questions and made sure to repeat my order to make sure it was correct. I've had other interactions with her, and they're always great! I pulled up to the window and was greeted, and my food was promptly handed to me. It was a very hot evening and I'm 8 months pregnant, so I loved how quickly I was able to get back home to enjoy my dinner.

Chicken cheddar ranch was pretty good. Went through drive through and that was definitely not an inviting experience. No one in line and the kid working the window seemed perturbed the older gentlemen in the truck was taking his time to look at menu. He wasn't even the order taker. But he felt compelled to stick his head out the window and look at us. Pulled up to the window and was glad this kid wasn't handling the food. I had no desire to see his underwear. Pants at thigh level seemingly, with his shirt partially up, showing the front back and side of his drawers. No belt. And of course the window is at eye level, so yeah that was nasty. Then he leans down, hair flopping down in the window, showing his bruised up neck from whatever was trying to devour him recently, and asks about condiments. Stands back up, grabs bag and puts the bag out the window. I could comment more but I'll say Arby's is good food, but you should consider patronizing the one on 42.

Too bad - I've thoroughly enjoyed the French Dip for years with its toasted bread, oozy Swiss chz and Arby's good roast beef and consomme like warm soup for dipping sauce. This time I ordered 2 and both had a few slices of cold beef, cold white processed chz and stone cold bread with no sauce. Arrgg - it'll take me years to get over and think about returning.
