Employees are super nice and make accurate and tasty drinks almost 100% of the time. Even if you have a problem they are kind and quick fixing it. We appreciate you Carrier Starbucks!

They didn’t make the right drink for me the first time and the second time it still wasn’t right. When I asked them (very politely) to correct it the first time they were kind of rude about it. The girl said “I didn’t make it so…”

I personally love Starbucks! I don’t usually get it that often but when I do I always get the same thing. I get a caramel frappe. Now here is the thing when you go to certain Starbucks locations. I usually go to the same one every time so they know my order, but when I go to a more convenient one for a quick drink they always mess up my order. That is not really a big deal but when they start getting angry with me I get upset. I can understand where they are coming from. But I always want to try something new but I am not sure if I will like it. And it would be a waste of money to buy something and not like it. I wish there was a way that you could sample a drink for free or little charge.
But overall I love Starbucks. The baristas are nice. The place is clean. They have outstanding drinks and foods. So I think that if you have not gone to Starbucks before you should definitely try it! Please let me know if there is a way to sample a drink before buying it like a tiny sample for little or no charge! I give Starbucks a deserving

Server spoke over me talking to another person as I was trying to place my order. I was not asked what size I wanted before details had been written on cup. Drink arrived, 2/3 filled with ice. This ratio on the smallest sized cup resulted in barely any beverage. I will not be returning here.

I like this Starbucks mostly because it resides on campus and is easy to get to. I prefer Starbucks over Dunkin’, usually, and it’s for good reason: the drinks are always amazing here.

Nearly empty in the summer, busy during the school year. Great for JMU students, but very difficult for those unaffiliated with JMU and lacking parking. Friendly baristas from what I have experienced.

Pretty good location. Always busy and the line can get a bit long. It is on the JMU campus in Carrier Library, so it can be difficult to park and get to if you are not a student.
