The Impossible plant based meat here is delicious. I've never had a bad meal at this place. Been eating here for years.

I watched what appeared to be the manager berate a polite, inquisitive food delivery driver and it was completely out of line. While I was eating, I watched a food delivery driver wait for like 30 minutes for an order as people poured through the door ahead of him and got their order made first. The driver asked to speak to the manager because it was obvious they were skipping his pickup order until is was more convenient. The manager confirmed that his employees were supposed to make the orders in the order the tickets were received, but sad that he wasn't going to correct the employees because they were "working hard". The manager told him in a disgusting tone that if he didn't like it, don't pick up there anymore. The driver asked for the owner information and the manager said they don't give it out and that it wouldn't matter anyway. The driver was polite the entire time and simply left defeated. My heart broke for him. Those drivers aren't paid enough to be treated like that. The manager spoke to him like trash. And, the driver was right! He was skipped for AT LEAST 20 minuets! If that's how management treats delivery drivers, this business is terrible. These drivers get paid very little and risked their lives to feed the community during the heights of the pandemic. I'll never come back to this establishment and I'll be telling ALL of my family in Harrisonburg not to order delivery food from this establishment. Not only are they inhumane, rude and indifferent to the delivery drivers, they make them the absolute last priority, so your food delivery will take FOREVER!

A Little Expensive as We Read Their Menu But Worth Every Bite ... They have Changed.
Much Better Menu and The Food is Much Better too. I see Why You Won the Award!
The Beef & Chicken Burritos are Huge, as We stood in Line watching Them be made for the Customer Ahead of us. We ordered 3 Grilled Chicken Taco Salads and 1 Steak Quesadilla. The Restaurant was Clean, the Food was Good and the Staff was Kind.

Ordered delivery. First off, when you go on the website, it does not dictate wether the store itself will be the one delivering or if another service like door dash will be delivering. So I got stuck with door dash. Order was cold upon arrival to my hotel room, and then on top of that they missed chips and salsa, my brownie and more importantly one of the 3 burritos I ordered. So I called, and they pretty much acted like they didn’t care, got passed around between two associates, before I finally got someone who could handle the situation. However, they just wanted to refund me for the food they missed, problem is, I still wanted the food. After I told them I still wanted the food, they at least still made it, but refused to bring the order to me, which meant I had to go there myself. Why would I order delivery if I was just going to pick it up. Long story short, I got the food, and am still waiting for the refund. Needless to say, save your money and just go to chipotle. Better food, bigger portions and better service even if you have to drive. I will be anxiously awaiting my refund and would hope some upper level management calls me about this. VERY UNSATIFIED.

This was my first visit to this particular Qdoba restaurant. The line staff was kind and welcoming quick and efficient. I had the grilled steak fajita quesadilla and it was delicious. The yummy grilled steak along with the toppings they put in the quesadilla, including the nicely grilled sliced peppers etc made for a wonderful meal. The friendly staff asked good questions and made you feel welcomed. They also worked extra hard since the ice machine was not working to bring you ice from the back for your cold beverage. I will certainly be back for another visit.

The only reason I am leaving two stars is because I love Qdoba as a company. Literally my favorite. I online ordered yesterday, and then received an email saying my order was cancelled. I called the store and they said they didn’t deliver in store so the order was cancelled. Then I received a call a few hours later asking if I was coming to pick up my order…? What? Currently still waiting for my already charged order to drop off my bank account. THEN this morning I tried to come in to get lunch, and the doors are locked at 10:45. Update your hours if you don’t open at 10:30. I have never had such an inconsistent experience in my life.

Asked for a quesadilla, couldn't get one. Not because the machine was broken, just because the staff didn't want to use it. Qdoba normally honor my military discount as well, but since none of the knew how to input it, I wasn't able to get one. I seldom have an issue at Qdoba, but the day I went was such a let down......

I’ve never had QDOBA before, but it’s definitely one of my favorite places to eat now after trying it. This location always gets my order correct which I really appreciate.
