Not a bad place. I was between a three and a four but ended up giving them four because the employees and patrons were nice, whereas the beer was average.
The light red was maybe a little bit too light lacking some of the characteristics of a normal red such as cork and earthy maltiness.
The dunkle was pretty much true to form, if not a little bit light on the malt bill as well.
The wee heavy was spot on but I didn't love the ancho pepper editions. I'm not a big adjunct fan in general.
The Baltic Porter was very nice, but definitely a heavier variety than a normal baltic porter, which is exemplified by the alcohol percentage difference.

Small brewing operation with a great taproom and outdoor seating area. Everything we tasted was great! A must stop if you like beer and are in Harrisonburg

Great little spot, laid back and the people are good. The beer is good. The lot across the street is nice for easy parking.

Brewery gem of Harrisonburg! So many good breweries but this one had such an array of beer styles all done so wonderfully. Flights available. 12 taps. Had a gose and hard seltzer. Not a sour at the time but tart saison similar to sour. Most $6 pints. Street parking right at location. Inside and outside seating. Outside has picnic tables, some umbrellas and cornhole.

Comfy, cozy spot for an early Saturday drink. They are dog and kid friendly as long as your dogs and kids are friendly (and chill). They have stools, chairs, and couches inside and a back patio with picnic tables.
There were 10 beers on tap when I visited which was nice and simple. No need to study up and get overwhelmed with a binder of choices.

So I love visiting breweries in our area. I was excited to try this one out, finally. The location is nice and the ambience is very comfy. I loved the music playlist and the staff -- everyone was really nice and welcoming. What I didn't like were the beers, unfortunately. Out of my flight, I kind of liked one - the mob mentality. The strawberry sours beer didn't taste like strawberry, which was disappointing. Lastly, is the smell. I don't know where it was coming from, but it smelled like a sewer in there. Maybe it was coming from the area where the beers are made, but it wasn't pleasant.

They have a good variety of beers. The staff was friendly and they have nice seating indoors and an outdoor space too.

We've always had a great time visiting this brewery. It's dog- and kid-friendly (at least in the afternoons and evenings) and since there's no kitchen, you can bring in outside food. It's nice to sit outside and eat pizza with an ice cold beer! I've never had a BAD beer here, but there are some that I don't like as much as others. This a great place to visit on a Sat afternoon to relax and enjoy the day.
