This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I ordered online because they’re never open inside and all of their payment options never work. I asked for extra rice because they always skimp, and there was still barely half a scoop of rice in the bottom of my bowl. Then, as I try and put my fork in, I stab an entire unripe avocado that I have to pull out and I can’t eat. The chips are always stale and taste like they were made a week ago. I spent 20 dollars for the worst quality bowl I’ve ever gotten. Get a grip Chipotle.

Worse chipotle location I have ever been in.. maybe worse and most dirty restaurant I have ever been in. The tables are dirty but that’s not bad compare to how nasty their cooking areas and prep areas are. They don’t clean after nothing and they take for EVER to prep orders. The VA Dept of HEALTH should be send here to inspect them. TERRIBLE

I've been to this Chipotle location many many times and mostly had positive experiences.
My last experience however will probably be my last
Placed an online order asking for chicken, extra rice and extra beans. Received the smallest portions I've ever seen in my entire life at a Chipotle. The portions were less than half the size of regular Chipotle portions, and i asked for extra!
The chicken was almost completely burnt and inedible, and the carryout orders were at the wrong table. Worst Chipotle experience I've ever had.

I just want to say thank you to the staff for providing catering to my wedding on January 1st. It was a large order and I’m sure it was a lot of work. The food was ready right on time and was a huge hit among my guests. There were many people with all kinds of allergies and chipotle could accommodate all of them at an extremely reasonable price. THANK YOU!!!!

Don't eat here and don't door dash here. Quality of the food sucks and this is what you'll get when you order a burrito bowl. Oh and they forgot my chips as well. Bye forever Harrisonburg Chipotle.

I just picked up my SALAD that I ordered without rice and beans. Much to my dismay, it also had NO LETTUCE. None! I was given a bowl of chicken, veggies, corn salsa, cheese and guacamole. I have never had a great experience here, but this takes the cake. And I can't even speak to a real person when I call. This place sucks. Save your money.

This location is pretty good. The main items I usually order are consistently of good quality. That said, the guac is frequently overly chunky. It tastes great but the last few times I have had massive chunks of avacado that take up almost the whole cup. Other than that I would recommend this location.

The chipotle in Harrisonburg is terrible. I can’t tell you how many times I have come and they are missing ingredients , understaffed and the staff they do have moves at a snails pace. They seem to do better at pick up orders than the customers that are sitting right in front of them. This is not a Covid issue this is a poor management issue.
