The staff was very friendly and the drinks were yummy. I got the new shaken espresso but it was a little sweet. Bathrooms were pretty clean. The accessible entrance is on the side of the building as opposed to the main entrance as can be seen from my photo.

Traveling through and saw the signs for them. After driving 10 hrs and another 3 to go was glad to be able to stop. This was one of the top stores the company has. The staff were very friendly and helpful when asked a question and they didn't act like they were trying to hurry you and still kept things moving

The coffee as always is good, but place was packed and service was slow. The poor barista, Xander, was the only one making drinks. I felt bad for him. My paitence was rewarded because my wife got pumpkin spice latte.

This place is full of snobby JMU students. The service is pretty good, but if you want to rub elbows with some sweat pants wearing stuck up spoiled kids, go here.

Slowest Starbucks ever. By the time I got my coffee 20-30 minutes later.... it was lukewarm. I said, I didn't want the coffee... I'd like my money back.... the man who gave me the coffee said okay no problem. I left the coffee and got coffee at 7-Eleven in 2 minutes.
My refund didn't show on my checking account. I called and spoke to the lady manager ...she said she could not issue a refund unless I was there in person.... I was 45 minutes up the road. Stole My Money
