La Fiamma

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for the longest and finally got the chance. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and seen a family style restaurant setting. The manager Angelo came over and I asked to sit at the bar. Angelo and another man were my servers. Angelo was very nice. I started with the red sangria which was on happy hour. For dinner I got the chicken marsala with vegetables. While I waited I sipped the sangria which was pretty good. And they bought out one bruschetta and it was tasty. When the food came out it looked so healthy and tasty. I dug in and I had to add a bit of salt and pepper, more than I wanted but I had to because it needed it. When I added it, it tasted better and it wasn't bad. The bill was about $36. All in all I had a pretty decent time.

Cute little Italian restaurant in Harrison. The vibe is very romantic and classy. Service is excellent. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Food was delicious. Update Jun/2022 Went back here for dinner. Red snapper was delicious and flavorful. Chicken marsala was a bit too sweet. Service was decent, maybe due to a busy night. Would still go back and try other dishes.

Went there last weekend and ate at the bar - was very pleased and am eager to go back and try some more. The food was all very good, nice wine and cocktails and friendly staff. It was nice to hear at the tables behind me what seemed to be a number of local groups who all knew each other and the staff quite well - a great sign.
