Leonardo's Pizza Villa

Posted this at the restaurant as we were finishing eating. The dining room was clean and well maintained. No food or crumbs left on any of the tables. The waiter to our order and the wait was typical of a pizza place. There was a steady stream of take out customers. The pizza was square. Most of all it was delicious. Try the campfire shmore. The waiter made sure our drinks were kept full. All and all a great place to eat. We'll be back!

This place and the owners are disgusting. My family and I ordered from them for the first time 2 nights ago. We were lied to about the crust they make their pizzas with-we were told it was normal rising crust, like dominos or pizza hut. It was not. It's some hard nasty tasting crescent type crust. Secondly, the pizza was half cold, and the toppings smeared all over it to where it looked like someone got a lil too excited on our pizza... it was so gross. I took pictures... I called the next morning and asked for a refund. I'm assuming who I talked to was Terena Terry, Kent Terry's wife, she lied and told me she was the manager when I asked to speak to Kent. So, I humored her, told her everything that happened, and asked her please for a refund. She was VERY nasty to me, told me "you get what you pay for and I'm unwilling to refund or exchange you ANYTHING" she then became very hostile toward me and told me she was hanging up on me, and then did so. This morning, I contacted Kent directly on his Linkedln account. He also lied to me, and claimed they didn't have the bushiness anymore-even though it was HIS son who delivered the pizza to me 2 nights ago.. their familys photos are all over their facebook page for their pizza villa, and also their own facebooks as well. These people like to act all god fearing and quote numerous bible verses on all their facebook pages, yet they treat locals like this? I am still waiting on my $30 to be refunded. I will take my story to the news station here and go on media if they will not refund me for a product that was NOT what I ordered.
