Carlo's Pizza

I’ve been a loyal Carlos S. River patron for over 10 years. There are actually 2 other Carlos Pizzas & at least a dozen other pizza places much closer to where I live but I will always go out of my way for the S. River location. Both the square & round crusts are always fresh & have great texture. Their sauce is the perfect balance of sweet & tangy & they are not stingy with the toppings. Every pizza, every time is awesome & perfect. They don’t have inconsistent results like some other places. I haven’t had the chicken tenders & potato wedges in years but I used to love them. Surprised by some of these reviews. I always get a small bacon square with or without parm sticks. 8 dollars for 6 slices of pizza, 11 and change with the parm sticks. A lot of food for 11 bucks! Also, the carmelization of the crust and cheese with the generous bacon topping is bar none. Puts Jets to shame, especially for the money

Waited over 3 hours spoke to them 2 times being assured it was on its way. Pizza NEVER came!! Called and was given a credit. CALLED to order and was told THEY DON'T HAVE A CREDIT LISTED FOR US???? TRY TO SUPPORT A LOCAL BUSINESS AND GIVE IT ANOTHER CHANCE AND THE STORE ACTED LIKE WE WERE MAKING IT UP????

Worst service in town just keeps getting worse. Hour after ordering, I get a call telling me the driver got a flat tire and my delivery would take another hour to hour and a half. Guess only one person has a car there. Oh and for my troubles, they offered me a free 2 liter of pop (or I could cancel my order). I cancel this order and every other pizza I order in the future. Driver had problems? Never once was I offered to pick my order up and offering a $2 pop is a joke like your business is.
