Dunkin'

Recently stopped into the store to grab half a dozen donuts. I was the only one in the store and after a few moments someone from the back rudely shouted “we are very busy you’ll have to wait“. Finally, an employee came to the front and snapped at me that they were only accepting credit and that they were very busy. It would’ve been just as easy to have said “I’m sorry for your wait how can we help you?“. If you’re not going to serve customers at your front counter then you should put a note on the door to use the drive-through. After reading through some of the other reviews it seems like this is a pretty common theme at this Dunkin’ Donuts.

We went inside picked what we wanted and waited to place our order. After about 5 min we were rudely told they were not taking any walk-in orders unless you used their app. Ridiculous! We had walked there so couldn't drive thru and didn't have the app! They lost $ but didn't seem to care. We sat and watched others being turned away. I get it, every where is lacking staff but their customer service was nonexistent!

We had a mobile order at 345 Main Street, Harleysville PA when i came in to pick it up I saw my coffee and had to said to the woman it was too light and she rudely shouted “yeah don’t worry about it” so i waited thinking she’d remake it. Then she said to me there was no Beyond Meat sausage sandwich at that location so I said okay, I’ll take an egg and cheese on a croissant. She didn’t even bother to fix the amount on my receipt and the sandwich was $1 less than the beyond. I looked past it and waited. I then had to ask her again to remake my coffee and she pointed to the cup saying “you asked for two cream i gave you two cream!” I said I have ordered here before many times with the same coffee this is extremely light. She dumped the cup halfway and wiped it with her hands and just added coffee. I was furious at this point so i got in the car and handed my partner his coffee only to find out it was the completely wrong coffee. I went in and said “excuse me” and she ignored me twice. I said “this is the wrong coffee” she looked at me and looked at all the coffees on the table and just handed me the right coffee. This is by far the worst experience i have ever had at Dunks chains . Extremely rude staff and the coffee was terrible.

Went there and they were so rude. Was looking at the menu and they started to yell at me to hurry up after less than 30 seconds while I was translating to my father. I even explain that I was translating to my father and they yelled that there was a line and to go back around. People like these should not be working with the public.

Walked in to order was yelled at "you cannot order her pickup only" I could not hear or understand I asked to repeat she yelled louder giving me a shoeing gesture with her hand. Five feet away a woman was standing picking up an order. No you're why I can interact to pickup if i order online but not to place an order. No shield at pickup location large shield at the cash register. Poorly run and rude impatient staff Worst Dunkin donut location in the area. I am filing a complaint with corporate.
