The staff is way beyond par! So friendly & kind. Very humble family setting as well. Heather is the bomb! Quick service. Amazing vittles! Chloe's the best. You have to get the shrimp with pretty much anything. I had the oysters and clam strips. Delicious! Split a plate of crawfish! All around a great place to bring a partner or the whole gang. Thanks again guys! We will most definitely be back & look forward to it! Cheers!

Fish Took is a small establishment with fine food. I enjoyed 16 nice size, lightly breaded and deep fried shrimp with sides of coleslaw (vinegar base) and delicious lightly battered onion rings. Order was quickly taken and order was promptly served. I also observed they did a significant amount of take out orders. It's a five (5) star country eaterey.

VWe always eat at El's Drive In when we go to Morehead City, but not anymore. The Fish Hook Grill, on Harker's Island, has them beat, hands down, for Shrimp Burgers. As good as home cooked, maybe better. Heather is the Owner. A very nice lady.
We highly recommend The Fish Hook Grill and hope anyone visiting Harker's Island will check them out.

Ordered a pound of steamed shrimp spur of the moment & had a delicious container in 10 mins! Abundant perfect large shrimp seasoned perfectly with all we needed to munch & sit by the water.

Great seafood! Everything was called perfectly and the portions were great as well. Also major points for making the experience safe during the COVID pandemic. They take proper safety precautions including masks, asking for orders to be called in ahead, and having safely distanced outdoor seating.

When visiting the "down east" area, the Fish hook is always on our list for dining out. Great food, serving a lot of local fish and seafood when possible. Nice atmosphere, and good service! You won't be disappointed.

Be prepared to call in your order even though they might open the window and speak to you first. After taking my order and having to call out my Visa information over the phone with other folks standing around me, the lady said 10 minutes and hung up. Our order wasn't correct, and we were charged too much. A lady, in front of us, asked if she could use their restroom and was told the gas station was down the street. We won't be returning.
