Wendy's

We stopped here for a bathroom break and a frosty but wish we hadn’t. The entire establishment was more or less trashed and noticeably understaffed. The restaurant smelled and was dirty. The toilets in the women’s restroom barely flushed. The ice machine was literally overflowing and causing a hazard. It took 10 minutes to get a single frosty as there was only one worker at the counter.

Where do i start?? The men's toilet had overflowed leaving feces on the floor. There was a wet floor sign in there but no one even attempted to clean it up. The trash cans were overflowing. The service was horrendous. The cashier did not speak other than to ask a name for the order. People came in, friends of the workers, and ordered straight from the pickup line, cutting in front of all the people waiting in the regular line. The food took every bit of 15 minutes if not more to come out. I watched at least 20 people come in and then turn around and leave. The entire restaurant was disgustingly dirty. I will never be back to this Wendy's. And am sorry I spent my money here.

We stopped at Wendy's during a detour around Savannah and Hardeeville. The Wendy's was slammed but they did a great job of keeping up drive thru and the inside line. Food was correct hot. Overall great experience for a slammed food service restaurant that is probably not usually ready for that. Was thankful they were.

The Host Denae' was not pleasant at all. They didn't acknowledge the customers in the lobby. A simple we will be right with you would have done, but nothing was said. Service was slow, we waited in line for about five minutes before we were even acknowledged. They need to work on customer service... The food, and frostys were really good though!

The workers were friendly and caring. But as for upkeep, especially the restrooms; it was severely lacking. The dining room floor was sticky and the tables my family and I used were dirty. I would have given the eatery 5 stars. However, there are sanitary concerns that need to be addressed at this establishment.

If I could give 0 star I would! We pull in at 6:45am to a garbage filled parking lot, opened 45 min prior to our arrival. It looked run down and abandoned except for the lit open sign. We waited literally 5 minutes until the drive thru girl said what do you want - mind you this was after saying hello, is anyone there numerous times. We asked for the new frostychino drink, she says we don’t have none. We asked for a coffee then with our meal, she literally says “none is made” what else do you want. We asked if she could make some and she got mad. She has us pull around and when we get to the window she has a nasty look on her face and sticks her hand out to get money without telling us total. Doesn’t say one word to us the entire time. You couldn’t pay me to go back there
