Only leaving one star because I have to to do a review just left from McDonald's and this is our hamburgers they are raw still bleeding do not go to hardeeville McDonald's they are rude tell you that you have fresh fries and they are cold when you ask for fresh fries she gets an attitude I reckon she's paying for it and not me so I get whatever they want to serve me

Want through the drive through and ordered breakfast. Got our order, pulled away and stopped to check we had everything. Missing hash browns. Go back with my receipt and told the woman behind the counter I was missing them and she promptly told me they were on the bag next to the sandwich. I said no and she said it was. I grabbed the receipt from the counter and told her I don't lie. This is the second McDonald's that I've experienced poor attitude at. Start hiring people that care.

Absolutely horrible, they need a whole new team. I wish management would just shut this location down until they found better help. I honestly waited 30 minutes in the drive-through three days prior to my visit today, there was nobody at the window, The lobby doors were locked and they were very rude on the outside speaker. They said they only had two employees but it just made no sense because there was nobody in front of me there was nobody in the lobby because it was shut down and I sat at the drive-through window for 30 minutes I had people coming up to me customers asking me why I’m not ordering I told them they said they needed a minute, not to mention when I got my food all the fries were cold the big Mac was covered in sauce all over the bun. So that leads me to my visit for today I decided to give it another try boy was I wrong, I got 20 piece chicken nugget, a six piece chicken nugget, two medium fries and some drinks. I have never had chicken nuggets that tasted like rocks like they’ve been sitting there or they were old or they were double fried I have no idea they were the absolute worst chicken nuggets I have ever had in my life I had to throw them away again just like I throw in my big Mac a few days ago so now I’ve spent $20 today on food $35 the other day on food I’ve never got to enjoy my food once I feel like I should get my money back.

I've always liked Quarter Pounders w/Cheese from McDonald's a lot, and the burger itself was good and it was hot, which I appreciated. I ordered it without onions and with extra pickles. They did leave off the onions but didn't add extra pickles. My french fries were warm, but were not hot. The chicken McNuggets in my grandson's Happy Meal were also warm but not hot, and the french fries in the meal were barely warm and were slightly "hard", as if they weren't very fresh. I specifically asked for ketchup for my fries but I did not get any. The chicken sandwich I ordered consisted of a bun and a bland chicken patty. No lettuce, tomato, pickles, or mayonnaise. The cashier didn't ask if I wanted any condiments or salt/pepper...I wrongly assumed that there would be mayonnaise and pickles on the chicken sandwich or at least mayonnaise packets included with my order. I suppose I should know by now to check the food in the bags before leaving the drive through, but I shouldn't have to check it! They should take the time to get it right and they should serve fresh, hot food...that's what I expect because that's what I pay for. It was just frustrating!
