Our Papa John's pizza in Boutte is temporarily closed due to Ida so we went to the one on Jefferson Highway in Harahan, a bit farther from us but gotta have Papa John's!Ordered online, got there and paid....a little glitch with my order but it was taken care of and I went to wait in my car.
They brought out our pizza and as an apology for the glitch, they gave us a brownie! ☺️💜 Needless to say, we will be going back to them for our pizza needs!!! Happy they make the Philly Cheesesteak pizza now as I've got to try it!!
Would've taken pics but we ate as soon as we walked in and I didn't think about it🤦♀️

Normally I have great service. Tonight however, my pizza was delivered at room temperature and there was lettuce on top of it. I am not sure why because I didn't order any lettuce or spinach.

Gave me outdated sauce I was angry because The store closed and I couldn't bring it back. I spent $70 on my order only to receive bad sauce. This is a shame and I am disappointed with Papa Johns

ordered a peperoni pizza on uber eats but i think the driver ate all the peperoni pieces because its just cheese and tomato sauce honestly dishonoured to live in this town where there is such disgraceful uber drivers

Order a large cheese sticks with boneless wings. Half of sticks had cheese on it. My first time here on this location and was pretty disappointed

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m in the service industry, and this is honestly the first bad review I’ve ever left. I ordered a pizza for delivery and it was half cooked. The dough can still be stretched when pulled apart. I called the store mainly to just inform them that something could be off. Instead I was cut off and told that I was lying and it wasn’t possible because “all of our pizzas spend 15 mins in 475 degree oven.” This guy immediately gave me an attitude and told me I was wrong. Customer service here is disgusting. Also, if you look back at other reviews undercooking seems to be a recurring problem. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else.

Great service and great pizza. I only had one problem with them ever and it was fixed on the spot. Recently the manager, Jory, was generous enough to get me a pizza on the house. I really appreciated that because it shows that he cares about local customers.
