We eat here every Friday and every Friday it takes us an hour to get someone on the phone to place our order. I don’t see how a restaurant that does so well can only own one damn phone line

Good overall experience. The primary thing to be aware of is that their pizza uses a cracker crust, so no bread-like or puffy crusts, but instead a crunchy super-thin crust.
The grilled cheese was good, wish they had fries.
I used to rely on Theo's as a place I could get a decent gluten free pizza. Just ordered and the first thing I noticed is the price for a gluten free pizza had gone up $2.00 - now putting my usual order to $19.50 for a 10" pizza. Once it arrived, I noticed it seemed smaller.
